The Awards

The awards are given according by degree levels.

(1) PhD Thesis Awards: no more than 2 gold awards (RMB 54,000 each), 4 silver awards (RMB 18,000 each);
(2) Master Thesis Awards: no more than 2 gold awards (RMB 18,000 each), 2 silver awards (RMB 6,000 each);
(3) Bachelor Thesis Awards: no more than 4 gold awards (RMB 6,000), 6 silver awards (RMB 2,000 each).

The thesis adviser/supervisor of the winner will be awarded one-fourth of the corresponding cash prize. Besides the gold and silver medals, there are also nine honorable mentioned prizes (RMB 500 each).
