Abstract
   Let X be a Banach space and Z the complex plane. Suppose CC(X) and CC(Z) denote collections of all non-empty compact, convex subsets of X and Z respectively, equipped with corresponding Hausdorff metrics. Fixed point theorems and other results shall be proved under these settings. Our results extend theorems of Browder-Kirk, Edelstein, Ishikawa, Markov-Kakutani and Mazur.
