摘要：Self-shrinkers and translators are important models of singularities of the mean curvature flow. We will discuss rigidity problem of self-shrinkers and translators of arbitrary codimension under an integral curvature pinching condition. The Willmore functional of a submanifold is an integral of curvature, which is invariant under conformal transformations of the ambient space. We prove that if the Willmore functional of a complete shrinker M is smaller than a certain constant, then M is either a linear subspace or a round sphere. We also obtain a gap theorem for the Willmore functional of complete translators.
