Abstract: In this talk, we will introduce briefly the concepts of real and complex hyperbolic space including the distance, metric, isometries, complex hyperbolic lattices etc. We will give a short introduction of several research directions in complex hyperbolic geometry. In particular, we will give our results about complex (non)-arithmetic lattices and some geometric explanation by constructing a fundamental domain.
