Abstract: Let M be a 3-dimensional complete hypersurface in 4-dimensional Hyperbolic space with constant sectional curvature -1. Suppose that the mean curvature and quasi-Gauss-Kronecker curvature  are constant.  We also assume that the scalar curvature is bounded from bellow. We prove that either M is totally umbilical, or isometric to one of product submanifolds of spheres and hyperbolic spaces with lower dimension.
